    Disruption to hot water on Thursday, 28 February

    Pinnacle out of hours works

    Msg from: CHALEGROVE PROPERTIES LTD Dear Residents, Please be advised that on the weekend of 02/03 March 2019 work on the Landmark Pinnacle project will be undertaken outside of the usual working hours. These works have been authorised by the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. The normal working hours on a Saturday are usually from 8am to 1pm. For Saturday 02 March, the hours of work have been extended until 6pm. For Sunday 03 March, work may also take place from 10:30am to 6pm

    Dear Residents, Please be advised that from Monday 24 February 2019 UKPN will be undertaking works in close proximity to the Landmark Pinnacle project. These works are being undertaken by UKPN, who will be progressing with excavation work on Marsh Wall. This work requires a two way traffic control area in the vicinity of Gate 6 of the Landmark Pinnacle development.     Pinnacle - Closure of Marsh Wall

    Msg from Landmark Pinnacle: Dear all, Please be aware that for health and safety reasons we have had to involve the police and temporarily close Marsh Wall. There is a broken pane of glass on level 26 which needs to be removed. Due to the high winds we cannot take any risks and are removing it now for the safety of everyone.     ABSEILING MAINTENANCE CHECKS

    Dear Residents, Please note that there will be a abseiling company onsite for coming weeks. They will be carrying out maintenance checks on the protective seals on the external panelling. Due to the changeable weather they have allowed 12 weeks to complete the checks, on the basis that they will be operational 2 days per week.
