One of the 2 chillers that serves the East Tower is out of service. An engineer has attended and we are awaiting a part to be delivered.
One chiller could usually service the building but due the current high temperatures and increased use the temperature of the water getting to the cooling may not be as cold as usual during peak times(18.00-06.00).

The scaffolding at the base of the West Tower is now complete. Apologies, the road closures were considerably longer than anticipated.
There will be some further road closures for delivery and collection of materials. These should be no longer than 1 hour and kept between 9.00-17.00.
