Dear Residents,

A friendly reminder to advise you that if you have not booked your yearly FCU service that you ensure that you book the service at your earliest convenience with our concierge team before the end of the year. If you have had the service done this year, kindly note there is nothing that you need to do

Please also note that as a courtesy “reminder letters” will be delivered for apartments that have not had a service yet.
