Landmark Pinnacle - Out-of-hours works

January 26, 2019

Dear Residents,

Please be advised that on the weekends of 26/27 January 2019 and 02/03 February 2019 work on the Landmark Pinnacle project will be undertaken outside of the usual working hours. These works have been authorized by the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.

The normal working hours on a Saturday are usually from 8am to 1pm. For both Saturday 26 January and Saturday 02 February, the hours of work have been extended from 1pm to 6pm. For Sunday 27 January and Sunday 03 February, work may also take place from 10:30am to 6pm if we are unable to complete the works on the respective Saturdays.

Please be advised that during these operating hours the onsite team will be carrying out works for the installation of two tower cranes to the mast sections of the development. Further works will be carried out to dismantle and remove the central core 2 slip-form rig from the higher levels of the tower as well. The works related to the tower cranes are taking place over the weekend for safety and contingency reasons. Carrying out these operations in the winter months can be difficult, and for the safety of the onsite team it is better to conduct them when there are less people on site.

For reference, we will also be undertaking some preparatory works on the morning of Saturday 26 January, ahead of a visit to the site from UK Power Networks.

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience that this may cause and we will be working to the best of our ability to ensure minimum disturbance to residents.

If you do have any queries, please do not hesitate to get in touch with our Community Liaison Team via consultation@newingtoncomms.co.uk or 020 7234 3335.

Thank you again for your patience and understanding.

Yours faithfully,

CHALEGROVE PROPERTIES LTD
