Dear Residents,

As the Covid 19 virus outbreak continues please see update on building services , guidance and assistance needed.

Toilets/toilet paper
Toilet paper only should be flushed down the toilet. We are aware there may be a shortage of toilet paper in some apartments and alternatives may be used. Under no circumstances should anything but toilet paper be flushed down the toilet. Other item such as kitchen roll or wipes can cause blockages resulting in burst soilage pipes in public area’s and apartments.

Lifts
Please keep the maximum of 1 person in the lifts unless travelling with family members.

Neighbourly consideration
Its important that during this time we show particular consideration to those living around us. Please do not create a nuisance for your neighbours and keep noise at acceptable levels.

Refuse collection
Thankfully we had the majority of our waste collected yesterday. We will continue to manage this proactively ensuring space is being maximised encase there are any further disruption to the collections.

Residents continue to leave unsealed bags in the refuse area. Every effort should be made to seal waste.

Please follow the below:
• General waste and recycling to be separated
• General waste to be in sealed bags
• General waste goes in green bins
• Recycling goes in purple bins
• Boxes can be flattened and left on the floor

Should you be showing symptoms of the virus please follow the government guidelines. Details can be found below:

Parcels
Every effort should be made to personally accept your parcels when they are delivered. If your delivery is accepted by the concierge you will no longer need to sign for it on collection. It will still be recorded on the system as normal but concierge will mark it as received via the computer.

Keys
Please sanitise keys when giving back to concierge. As with parcels we will not be asking for these to be signed in and out but it will still be reordered on the system.

Contact with onsite team
Please keep 2 metres from all onsite team members. Please be extra vigilant when interacting with the concierge team. We have blocked off part of the concierge area to ensure they can keep adequate distance. Items being handed over should be left on the desk for the other party to pick up.

Many thanks
