As the guidelines from the Government evolves we are monitoring the measures we have in place. Please see below update on measures and services.
As of today, Wednesday 1st July we will return to normal parcel services with some additional measures to protect concierge, couriers, and residents. As before, we will encourage couriers to call up to residents to check they are in so they can bring parcels to the apartment. Failing that, we will accept all parcels at the concierge and add to the R&R online system so residents will be alerted. On collection your parcel will be left at the end of the concierge desk to be picked up by the resident, allowing everyone to keep their distance. We have limited storage space in the concierge area, it would be appreciated if parcels can be collected on the same day if possible.
Please note the below items still cannot be accepted by the concierge:
- Any perishable goods
- Large bulky items such as furniture, mattresses or bicycles
- Multiple boxes that will take up excessive space
- Heavy items (that cannot be moved safely by the concierge)
Cleaning of public areas
A more frequent cleaning of high traffic areas remains in place.
The policy of 1 person per lift unless travelling with members of your household remains in place.
The gym will remain closed for now.
