Estate Manager Barry - Yesterday, 22/07/2020 16:00

Dear Residents,

Further to Government advice on the opening of leisure facilities, we are aiming to re-open The Landmark Gym on Wednesday 29th July.

We are working on rolling out a new booking process and cleaning procedures to ensure residents and staff remain safe as well.

Please note a full update will be communicated before re-opening.

A gym induction must be completed for any residents wishing to use the gym. We are working with the gym induction provider to schedule these in as soon as possible. All previous inductions are still valid.

Kind regards

Barry

2. LANDMARK PINNACLE OUT OF HOURS WORKS.
Ebony Thomas - Yesterday, 22/07/2020 09:09

Dear Residents,

Please be advised that on the weekends of 25/26 July and 1/2, 8/9, 15/16 August work on the Landmark Pinnacle project will be undertaken outside of the usual working hours. These works were initially scheduled to commence on the weekend 11/12 July and a notice was issued to site neighbours.

However, due to unforeseen circumstances, they will now take place on the dates above. The normal working hours on a Saturday are usually from 8am to 1pm and no work usually takes place on Sundays. For Saturdays 25 July and 1, 8 and 15 August, the hours of work have been extended from 1pm to 6pm. For Sundays 26 July and 2, 9 and 16 August, work is scheduled for between 10:30am to 4.30pm.

The extended hours have been authorised by the London Borough of Tower Hamlets and are required
to assist with striking and disassembling of the external hoists, for which common tower and exclusion zones are required. This work has to take place outside of normal working hours in order to ensure the safety of the team when working at height.

Only minimal noise will be created through the use of the hoist on the outside of the building, in
accordance with our section 61 planning agreement.
We apologise in advance for any inconvenience that this may cause and we will be working to the best of our ability to ensure minimum disturbance to residents.

If you do have any queries, please do not hesitate to get in touch with our Community Liaison Team

Thank you again for your patience and understanding.

Yours faithfully,
